Amos Koch's Early Life

Amos Koch enlisted in Auburn, PA.

                 His parents were Joseph Koch and Sallie Kerschner-Koch.

                                                                                                         He was born in 1922.

                                                                                                                                  He never married.

                                                                                                                                                 He was 17 years old when WWll began.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    He was 20 years old when he enlisted.

                                                                                                                                     His sibling were Charles, Eva, Alvin, and John.

                                        Joseph was a farmer and Amos worked in the coal and steel industries.

Amos dropped out of school after the 8th grade.
